Shipping and Delivery:
Generally your order will ship within 1-3 days. If there is an exception, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know. We ship UPS Ground, with delivery being 4-7 days and USPS with delivery being 2-3 days. Going on a trip? If you need something quick, just let us know and we'll get you a next or 2 day day quote!

Our Return/Exchange Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us withing 30 days of
purchase and we will instruct you on how to return those products to us. RETURN
AND EXCHANGES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. Customer
Service can be reached by e-mail at info@robertaugust.com and by calling (714)965-1825.

All returned items must be in resellable condition.
1. DVD's should be unopened.
2. Clothing must be clean and unworn.
3. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Shipping charges on Returns:
Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will
credit you for the price you paid for the items on your order only.

Exchanges:
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on exchange items,
but we will pay shipping charges to get the item you need back to you.

Surfboards:
Surfboards are NOT exchangable or returnable. We package our surfboards to
ship with utmost care, but in the event there is damage, it is the customers
responsibility to contact shipping company to report and/or pursue any claim.
